Ingredients
½ cup crushed haskap
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ cup olive oil
½ tablespoon sugar
1 tsp of Dijon mustard powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a dressing shaker.
Pour over 1 bag of baby spinach, 1 cup of coarsely ground pecans and ½ of a chopped red onion.
