Ingredients

  • ½ cup crushed haskap
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a dressing shaker.
  2. Pour over 1 bag of baby spinach, 1 cup of coarsely ground pecans and ½ of a chopped red onion.
