Ingredients
½ cup haskap juice
1 packet of powdered gelatin
1 ½ cup boiling water
¼ to ½ cup sugar or sweetener to taste
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in Haskap juice in a medium sized bowl for 10 minutes
Stir in hot water and sugar and stir to combine
Place in the refrigerator to freeze.
