Cream of Haskap
Ingredients

tablespoon of olive oil or avocado
1 onion, cut into pieces
1 potato, cut into pieces
1 stalk of celery, thinly sliced
1 chopped carrot
1 cup of chopped broccoli
1 teaspoon
turmeric
1/4 teaspoon
ginger powder or a small piece of fresh root
1 pinch of ground cloves
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon
sea salt or soup herbs
1 pinch of ground pepper
3 cups of water

tablespoons sugarless haskap spread
Instructions
Heat the oil in a saucepan at a medium temperature.
Add onions, turmeric and ginger; cook until onions become translucent.
Add garlic, celery, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add water, potato, pepper and salt.
Bring to a boil and cover, reduce the temperature and let simmer for 20 minutes.
When cooking is complete, add the sugarless haskap spread
Place the soup in a blender to get a creamy texture.
Season to taste.
