Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh haskap
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup of butter

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 350 o F.

Filling:

  1. Combine berries, sugar and ½ cup all-purpose flour, then transfer to a 9X9″ baking dish.

Crumble filling

  1. Mix the remaining ingredients by hand in a bowl
  2. Spread over filling mixture in a baking dish
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes
