Ingredients

  • 1 300g bag of frozen haskap
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the 4 ingredients in a blender and reduce to a smooth puree, about 5 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen for up to a month.
