Ingredients

  • ½ cup haskap juice
  • 1 packet of powdered gelatin
  • 1 ½ cup boiling water
  • ¼ to ½ cup sugar or sweetener to taste

Preparation

  1. Dissolve gelatin in Haskap juice in a medium sized bowl for 10 minutes
  2. Stir in hot water and sugar and stir to combine
  3. Place in the refrigerator to freeze.
