Ingredients

• 2 cups thawed haskap
• ¼ cup apple juice
• 2 tsp honey
• Juice from ½ lemon

Preperation

1. Combine the 4 ingredients in a blender and reduce to puree.
2. Transfer to popsicle molds.
3. Put in freezer for at least 5 hours.
