120 gr (2 | 3 cup) grated coconut or chopped almonds
1 ml (1 | 4 teaspoon) salt
120 g (1 | 2 cup) canola oil or coconut oil
180 g (3 | 4 cups) haskap jam
120 g (1 | 2 cup) maple syrup
180g (3 | 4 cup) chopped cashews or pecans
120g (1 | 2 cup) chocolate chip or raisins
Instructions
Heat the oven to 180 Celsius (350 F)
In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, flour and coconut.
In another bowl, whisk the syrup, haskap jam, and oil (if coconut oil, heat it a little to make it liquid).
Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir to combine them well.
Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
Shape small balls on a large baking sheet with parchment paper, bake for 12 minutes. (Cooking time may vary). Take them out as soon as they are golden!
