Blue Honeyberry and Spice Summer Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) canola oil
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) apple cider vinegar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) fresh haskap
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh ginger, very finely chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) brown sugar
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Dijon mustard
  • 25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of each: ground cinnamon and nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender and reduce until you obtain smooth vinaigrette.
