Blue Honeyberry and Spice Summer Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
125 ml (1/2 cup) canola oil
60 ml (1/4 cup) apple cider vinegar
250 ml (1 cup) fresh haskap
15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh ginger, very finely chopped
15 ml (1 tablespoon) brown sugar
10 ml (2 teaspoons) Dijon mustard
25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of each: ground cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into the blender and reduce until you obtain smooth vinaigrette.
