Ingredients

  • ½ cup Haskap juice
  • 1 packet powdered gelatin
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water
  • ¼ to ½ cup sugar or sweetener, to taste

  2. Stir in the hot water and sugar and mix to combine
  3. Place in the refrigerator to set.
