Paul is an entrepreneur, haskap producer, and industry leader, bringing diverse experience in commercial fishing, business development, and agriculture. After more than 20 years in the lobster and snow crab fishing industries, he co-founded Éco-Technologies Ltd. in 1997, a company named New Brunswick Company of the Year in 2006.

Since entering the haskap industry in 2015, he has become a strong advocate for the growth of haskap production in New Brunswick. As the founder of Camerises Laplante Ltd., President of Haskap NB, and Director of the Coopérative Forestière du Nord-Ouest (COFNO), Paul works to advance the industry, support producers, and promote value-added opportunities throughout the province.

Driven by collaboration, innovation, and a deep connection to nature, he remains committed to contributing to a strong future for New Brunswick agriculture.
