Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 potato, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, minced
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp tsp ginger powder or a small piece of fresh root
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp. tsp sea salt or soup herbs
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 3 cups water
  • 5 tbsp tbsp sugar-free camerise spread

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, turmeric, and ginger; cook until the onions become translucent.
  3. Add the garlic, celery, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the water, potato, pepper, and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. When cooking is complete, add the sugar-free camerise spread.
  7. Place the soup in a blender to achieve a creamy texture.
  8. Season to taste.
