Ingredients 1 300g bag of frozen haskap 3 tbsp honey ½ cup plain yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice Instructions Combine the 4 ingredients in a blender and reduce to a smooth puree, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen for up to a month.

Ingredients 2 cups thawed haskap ¼ cup apple juice 2 tsp honey Juice from ½ lemon Preperation Combine the 4 ingredients in a blender and reduce to puree. Transfer to popsicle molds. Put in freezer for at least 5 hours.
